All are welcome! This session – presented by Collins & Kruse Law Office – explains essential legal tools that protect individuals when they are unable to act for themselves. Topics include financial and health care powers of attorney, living wills, advance care planning, and guardianship. Attendees learn how proper planning can reduce stress, avoid court involvement, and ensure trusted loved ones can step in when help is needed. There is no cost to attend this session and light refreshments will be served. Tours of the community will be available before or after the presentation.
